On the Plate

Our menu has been revamped! The culinary team has changed 15 items on the menu to showcase the seasonal ingredients of fall. We have brought back a guest favorite – the Warm Brussels Sprout Salad with bacon topped with the Ricotta Salata. Looking for something a little more comforting? Try our pasta and pizza sections. Hard to decide? Ask your server what their new favorite is!

In the Glass

To help support breast cancer awareness month, Campo will be pouring a limited beer brewed by Green Flash Brewing Co. Treasure Chest is a barrel aged plum saison and $2 from each beer sold will be donated to the Susan G Komen Foundation. Bartenders will begin pouring on Friday, October 24. Campo only received one of two kegs sold in Reno so beer is limited. Join us in our commitment to find a cure by drinking pink beer! #RAISEGLASS2014

Get to Know Us

Meet Debbie Reetz. Debbie is the mastermind behind award winning desserts here at Campo. Debbie and her team will be getting a new home soon, setting up shop at Reno Provisions. The market, café, retail, demo and private event space will open in mid-November! Let’s get to know Debbie.

  • Why Campo? After listening to Mark describe Campo with his contagious enthusiasm before construction even started, I knew the restaurant would be a perfect fit for me. His philosophy on offering simple, seasonal, fresh, and local dishes is exactly my style. I LOVE what he has created in our community and I’m happy to have been a part of it since the beginning.
  • Favorite Dish? New to our Fall dessert menu, I love the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake served with Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream! It’s served warm and the perfect ending to a chilly fall evening.
  • Favorite Cocktail/Wine? Sapphire Gin, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.
  • Favorite locally grown ingredient? Jacob Family Berry Farms from Gardnerville handpick all their Blackberries & Raspberries. So sweet! So delicious!
  • In one word, describe Campo’s restaurant culture: Local

Know Your Farmer: Jacobs Family Berry Farm

Located on the historic Lampe Homestead in the beautiful Carson Valley, Jacobs Family Berry Farm is less than 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe and Carson City, Nevada. The Jacobs family purchased the property in 2002 and began restoration to preserve it for future generations. Their farm is a busy place – growing luscious blackberries and raspberries for sale on the farm as well as to restaurants.
